Tea Buffet in TST

Hi. Anyone know a nice place for tea buffet? We got around 20-30 people for a gathering. WOuld be nice if its at Tsim Sha Tsui and under HK$150.

the coffeeshop of the Hong Kong Hotel used to do that: probably still does.
