Safe food for allergic child

Can anyone suggest safe restaurants for our family who have allergies. I need a restaurant, with chef that understands English who will cook, a steak or chicken fillet, on a grill, no cross contamination.

I think it will be quite hard to find a restaurant like this and you wouldn't want to trust them if they say they can do this. I mean the cleaning up.
