Been there a couple of times and would highly recommend. Some of the most thoughtful and ambitious food I have tasted -- who would have thought that scallops with white chocolate mousse, butterscotch and salmon roe would taste sooo good? Every course on the degustation menu was superb. The wine list was extensive, and the service was disreet yet attentive. Deft. one of HK's culinary treasures.

like most aussie dishes, the food there is a real mix of various cuisines.. thai/jap/western.. all in one plate sometimes!
