Does anyone know where I can order a Christmas dinner takeaway? Want to eat at home but don't have the oven to do the full turkey thing. Thank you!

1. Magnolia/Go-Gourmet is excellent - and don't forget their pecan pie! I have been to a few parties the past two years where the food came from here and each time it was fabulous and everyone was commenting on it

3. Also, most private clubs (FCC, LRC, American, etc...) do this, you could ask a member to order for you.

I bought a couple of roast chickens from Citysuper the day before Xmas last year and served a couple of side dishes and desserts that could be made ahead of time, as I was 9 months pregnant and having family over. As a side note, a small deli called Percy's also has a Xmas takeaway menu with some really nice sounding items on it. However, we weren't going to have enough people over to eat the minimum order amount.
