Does anyone have a good recommendation for Peking Duck (pancakes, hoi sin, the works) preferably on Hong Kong?

Oddly enough, The American Restaurant in Wan Chai is known for it's Peking Duck... no idea where the name came from!

There's a nice resto in The Lee Gardens in Causeway Bay called Imperial Kitchen. Great duck & good value for money.

peking garden at admirty...even local chinese give a thumb up..

Thanks - we ended up going to the Peking Garden (in the basement of the Alexandra Building in Central). It was fantastic.
