Hi we have tried the Egyptian coffee man before and if you are a serious coffee man and grind your own our experience with his beans have not been so great (old and very hard - just about stuffed our grinder). However we have tried a couple of other roasters in HK.
One is Lion Rock Coffee - can get it delivered by post pretty quick (not bad & fresh)

Coffee supliers condition of excellents can be tricky in HK. Coffee From TW or KR even JP.. Not so good for the practicle coffee connoisseur, its hit and miss. Everyone says talk to an expert... Well I, personally like one coffee supplier that roasts and delivers roasted coffee to hotels and resturansts a like, If you say please they will serve the general population ;-)
