Hi there,

I just brought my American HD TV to Hong Kong and need to get a high definition pal to NTSC converter / scaler to be able to watch TV on my plasma TV (thanks Panasonic for producing a high-end TV with only NTSC viewing option!).

I have been running around in Computer Centers of WanChai and TTS, in the specialized floors of the building right outside the mong kok mtr and even went to Ap Lui Street.

I just moved here and may not be looking properly... any recommendation MUCH appreciated.

Have you tried contacting the Panasonic customer service? or try buying online?
