I need to reupholster an armchair. Can anybody recommend a shop that does a good job without charging a fortune?

I went to a shop in Lyndhurst terrace, and they quoted HK$ 800 for labour and HK$ 1200 for fabric.
It's an IKEA chair, which i really like and is now out of production, so i must go for some cheaper fabric, but i guess the labour cost is right.

There's a shop opposite Sahara's in Soho. I didn't get to go in and ask questions but if you get a chance to do so, check it out. Can you find out if they will fix the seats of dining chairs?
