Raw materials in Shenzhen or Hong Kong?

Hey guys! I'll be going to Shenzhen and Hong Kong first week of May, and I plan to look for sturdy nylon webbing for this side business I want to do back here in the Philippines. The thing is, I don't know where to look! I don't need to buy in bulk, just a few rolls. I've read that Dongmen is the place for already made stuff like shoes and bags, and Futian is for electronics...is there any place within the Louhu or Futian districts or in Kowloon that sell raw material like these nylon webbing?

try sham shui po in hong kong

I second rhm1's reply. I would try Sham Shui Po first. If you don't find what you want there, I know there is a large fabric place in Shenzhen.
