Hi, there
where in HK does one buy electronic components - capacitors, resistors, potentiometers, circuit boards etc and all for do-it-yourself circuit-building ?
Coming to Taiwan Computex'2011 from Russia via HK and want to find a little more.

i would second WECL, but G-C is right, SEG Plaza is heaven for builder geeks. decent hotel next door too if you want to make a weekend getaway out of it

Yes , Sham Shui Po is Hong Kong's market place for ALL electronics , components included . When you arrive at Sham Shui Po MTR , take exit C and when you come to top of stairs to the outside , street level , across the road is a toilet block . From that toilet block walk left and you will see for the next 200 meters or more ALL the shops and stalls for components as well as items . The stalls are selling second hand and used items as well as new . There are also many repair stalls for TV , phone , camera and computer .You will love it .!
