DFS... is probably your best options.
SofaMark or Ikea would be next in line.
or try find a burb with a row of furniture shops for competitive pricing.
but i guess it depends on what you consider is cheap.
I just spent $5k on a L shape sofa 230cm wide from Sofamark.
can get the similar from ikea 240cm and folds into bed for $5.5k
oh you could always check the 4sales in this forum.

We searched all over HK but could never find a suitable sofa to fit the living room, Im sure this is a common problem here. Its worth enquiring with retailers/manufacturers about a custom sofas, I was surprised to find the prices are very reasonable. We modified an existing sofa that we had seen online and had it made to fit, Im very happy with the result. We had ours made with DSL Furniture, I also hear there are a select of local companies on Queens road west.
