Custom Window Sill/Ledge Bed Bed

I need a custom double bed frame made for a small bedroom that utilizes the window ledge (sill) and contains storage underneath. This is for a guest bedroom and so while i'd like good quality, I'm looking to save on cost.

I live in Sheung Wan. Any references for a furniture maker in Hong Kong? Thanks.
