Hi
My hubby holds a british passport which is type B
And i hold SAR passport when our kids were born we were told that
As hubby passport is type B our kids cannt apply for a british nationality, unless
We stay in the uk for 2 years. thurs i got the kids the chinese nationality but i want to get the british nationality for myself and the kids.
So if anyone can share this info on how can we get the british nationality will be highly apriciated. I will be glad if ucan share the link of this info too.

I believe what matters is the TYPE of British nationality that your husband holds - even if he is a British Citizen is he a Citizen By Descent or Otherwise By Descent? Not all types of British nationality are able to pass on citizenship to their children automatically, Check this link for initial information, it is not a simple subject to understand and you may need to consultant the Consulate and/or an immigration consultant.
