my fiance is a chinese girl and she is the boss of a workplace. i mean she employs personel and pays saleries. can she get me a Z visa ie.. work permit (residence permit)?

I think you'll find it difficult. A couple of years ago I was responsible for getting a work visa for someone who was honestly coming to Hong Kong to take up a job. I had to jump through all kinds of hoops to prove that a) the job existed, b) he was fully qualified for the job, and c) no-one in Hong Kong could do the job as well as he could.

In Shanghai, it is easier to do this. Provided her company is compliant to employ foreign worker, and she is familiar enough with the procedures.
