Registering Marriage Procedures

We are 2 singles Foreigners (UK citizen & Singaporean) with full work visas and we want to get married in Shanghai.

Anyone knows what we need to do?
What documents to produce, medical exams..etc??
Anyone knows who I can call for advise on this whole getting married process.

i've never heard of a "foriegner + foriegner" marriage in china. i think all you can do is go through marriage procedures with each others consulates and/or embassies.

i mean why would a country provide legal marriage procedures for nonn-citizens.

i am not even sure if my country (usa) would do this.
