unethical to show to the website

I just want to get opinion about one website I found out using my husband's property to promote the website of this rubbish and cheap man. They are best buddies before and then the relationship turned sour. He was once the project manager of my husband and then he was fired because of misappropriation of funds and abused of power. He turned over everything and waived his rights. And now I found out he is using this property to promote his website/business. I think it is unethical to do. Can we warn him about this? What is our legal right? Your opinion is highly appreciated.

What exactly is the nature of your husband's property that the alleged scoundrel is using? It sounds unethical if he is using something without permission, but whether it's illegal or not...
