Are there any laws governing minimum lunch hours and break entitlement in HK?
If so, are teachers exempt?

No, there are no laws in Hong Kong governing rest breaks, minimum pay or maximum hours. To have these would upset the corporatocracy...

Rest breaks, etc. are negotiable between the employer and employee.
