setting up hk co for visa

if i set up a hk consultancy co and have regular monies credited to the co bank account. would that give me the right to obtain a working visa for hk?

as i plan to start small the company will only employ myself. will a sole proprietorship limited liability co be the most appropriate co to start in this case?

i do not mind paying taxes but hopefully not too high and also have the right to work in hk.

does the account have to be a hk dollar one?

No, simply setting up a company does not entitle you to a work visa in HK.

And a sole proprietorship is different from a limited liability company. The two can never be the same.

You must have a "real" business to receive a business visa; simply having money arrive at a bank account will not do.

What you require is your own business to sponsor you here in HK or failing that an employer; we can assist with both. Essentially provide a current CV and body of work and draft up a plan as to what you are intending to do . An application to the immigration department can be made based on the CV and a well drawn business plan and covering introduction letter......all of which we can do if you don't feel confident.
