General Work Visa

Sorry to bore you with anothe rboring visa thread but i just need cinfirmation on a few things.

Am currently looking at moving to Hong Kong and finding work. I have read that you need sponsorship from an employee. Is this the case???

Also is iot best fro me to search fro a job whilst am in the UK and then get the employer to file for my visa or best to do it all whilst am in Hong Kong?? Just trying to get some sort of grasp of the process I need to go through to be successful at getting a work visa.

Any websites tec with good info would be really appreciated.

1. Yes, you need sponsorship from an employer.
2. It is easier to find jobs when physically in Hong Kong, but if you can find a job while you are still in the UK, you might be able to negotiate better salary and benefits.
