What exactly do you want? You seem to be in HK on an employment visa but want some other sort of visa. Is that right? But you're a foreigner so you have limited options in someone else's country. You can be here as a worker on an employment visa, or you could be here on a tourist visa but you wouldn't be allowed to work, or there's the investment visa option but that too is very tightly linked to your line of business.
