Spouse and dependent Visa

Hi,

My wife is on dependent visa, but due to some personal problem we were deciding to get divorce but I want to know how long does she need to stay on dependent visa before we get devorce and she can still live and work in hong kong.

She needs to have been on a continuous visa for 7 years before she can get PR and live and work. Her alternative is to find an employer willing to sponsor a work visa for her.
