If you want to send a personal message on this site:
1. Log in
2. Click on messages
3. Click on compose
4. Select alpha or numeric category according to the name of the person you want.
5. Scroll through the list of names until you find the person you wish to IM
6. Select them in the 'to' line
7. Write message and send.
