Bike accident

I have bike accident on 9th Jan, 08 in TST when pax opened the door middle of the door and I smacked into the taxi door. no damage on Taxi / PAX but my bike had light damage. Case still under investigation...

12th March, 08 I was driving on the high way and I received a letter from Police because due to careless driving another bus drive had to stop the bus immedailty so 1 pax had minor injury.

now I have 2 case under investgation.. I would like someone to assure that there is no jail team for such case or any heavy penalties......

if possible can someone give me clear picture or reference to any similiar case...

I'm not clear why its necessary to mention the race of the person in the first incident so I removed it.
