breach of contract?

My company has neglected to pay me the correct amount as per my contract. I do not make much money here in Shanghai doing what I do, but I love what I do and it is the only company here doing it.

I have talked to others in my company and the same thing is happening with them. Our boss says that he is confused when he is approached with this matter, but he is a native english speaker! How can it be confusing to him. What can I (we) do?

I really love shanghai, I just feel like the company I work for had sent me here with empty promises and lies about the money I deserve to be making.

Take your contract to the local court with a letter explaining the breach. If you're legally owed money, the company will be found liable.
