Can anyone recommend a good criminal barrister in Hong Kong?


Also do you know how I can apply directly to the district court to ask for a change in bail conditions and how you can do it.

Good criminal lawyer? Even Fung Shui master Tony Chan lost his case and ended up in jail after hiring top foreign lawyers.


Save the costs. If you did it, just plead guilty to save everyone's time and money. You will get a much lighter sentence by plead bargaining. Most lawyers will instruct you to plead guilty and negotiate a lighter sentence with the other side.


Only if you are innocent, ask your district councillor to help. But it seems not if you already have bail conditions. Most likely they have evidence against you.
