I have a big personal loan in one bank in HK and i pay it only once 4 or 5 years ago because after i take the money my employer terminate me and i go back philippines but never come home because im afraid that someone come there and find me.Now the problem is im going back to hongkong for job but im afraid that i will be hold in immigration when i arrived.

For civil debt , the limitation period is usually 6 years. U can try to come back to Hk after 6 years from the date of the debt default . Yet I am sure your credit is ruined no legitimate bank other than loan shark would be willing to lend u money
