Hello, I have a startup which is 15 months old (Annual filing and BR renewal done after 12 months). However, as i did not use this company it has 0 revenues, 0 profits, 0 employees since inception. What are my obligations for IRD filing? Kindly help.

Thanks, can this be submitted y me as a person or it needs a designated accountant/CPA to sign and validate it etc?

If it is a limited company you would need to file an audited report
