Is it normal for a company to ask from the existing staff to submit a copy of their Marriage Certificates?
What are the options available, and safest way to handle such?
What is the legal opinion and options of such request?
What are the pros and cons if you provide such info and/or not providing such to the employer?
Is it necessary for a company to have such personnel information from employees?
I have filled a form giving my spouses name, ID card and tel contact, to the company already, is such adequate?
What can the company may do, if I will provide and will NOT provide such information?

Hv u asked your employer why would they need the copy of your marriage cert?
I would say it is very rare for employer to request the same in Hk
Yet they of coz can request to inspect your visa condition in Hk
