I have just split with my partner of 20 years. We jointly own our house here in Hong Kong. I would like to sell up and move on but he refuses to sell or buy out my half. What are my legal options ?

You can seek an order of saleunder section 4(2) and 6 of the Partition Ordinance, and apply the net sale proceeds be divided equally between you two
