Need Advise Regarding HSBC Bank Account.

Hello,

I have a active limited company in Hong Kong and recently have opened a Commercial Banking in HSBC (Hong Kong).
I have seen quite a few people having services such as S2S, EBICS, L2L, etc
I've been to the bank and tried to ask them if they could provide me such service, and they seem to be acting dumb by saying that they do not have such service in Hong Kong nor do they ever heard about it... for example for EBICS, we've tried asking them if they could provide,, they kept acting as if they do not know anything if it even existed. But I'm pretty certain that HSBC (Hong Kong) does have all of the above mentioned services.

Does anyone have any idea how do I explain them..? What is the procedure in having such service?
I'm currently working in a Finance field, and I am in need of the services to get the investment fund for my company.
