I only read the news to know that he was arrested yesterday noon.
I am not sure the exact police station he is in now…tried to call a police station to ask for the procedure, the police said that unless he request to see me or bail him out, otherwise they cannot tell me anything due to privacy.
Is it true?
I lose the contact with him

You can instruct a lawyer to visit him , provide legal advice when giving the statement though .
Police is obligated to inform him of a lawyer visiting and there would be no reason for him to say no
Right ?
