Im from philippines and divorced here in hk with my ex husband in phil, planning to remarried to my fiance in US and apply for fiance visa to US. Is it possible for me to be granted fiance visa even im still using my philippine passport (married name)? As philipines dont recognized divorced. Please advice me. And shall i use my signature as what it is in my passort to all the documents im signing? Really confused!
