Hi,
So I am thinking about breaking my working contract here in HK and taking up employment in China. If I leave without giving my contractual 6 months notice will this effect my employment opportunities in Mainland China? Visas, etc.
My current company has several issues including changing my position role at the company which I did not agree to in the contract. I know might be able to argue this case and have it resolved but I am sure this would take alot of time, effort and money.
