Does anyone know of any tailor in Kowloon/Central who does alterations.

There are many small shops in World Wide House on Des Voeux Rd in Central that can do alterations

There is a lady who has a stall in "Chop Alley", the small alley between Sheung Wan MTR and Queen's Road, where all the "chop" (stamps) stalls are. She speaks English and she does alterations for a living.
