Dr Lucy Lord & Associates have "Helper Rates". They have specialists in women's issues and most of their GPs are female. Most of the physicians are expats so English is the norm. Other languages are spoken as well. They have offices in Wanchai, Repulse Bay as well as Discovery Bay. Wanchai office is in the Shui On Centre. 2824-0822.

You can also send her to the Family planning run by the government next to Southorn Playground. I go there and it's cheap compares to private doctors/hospital. You might have to wait a month to get an apointment to see a doctor but if it's just for health check, it's ok.

they go to government places like most HK people, they sometimes take a friend if they themselves can't speak basic English or cantonese. Have you asked any other DH or called charity hotlines ie ISS, St Jospeh's or of course the consulate? Most DH know are pretty clued up. Usually Philippinos speak some English & there are a few Malay/Indo speaking doctors, not so many Thai or Nepali I would imagine (but the Nepali community in HK is quite large due to the past gurkha influence).
