Or if you live on Hong Kong island, you could try going to Fenwick Pier. They sell every mag title you can think of from the US and at cover price. It's probably the only place in Hong Kong where there's no mark up.

Indeed, Fenwick Pier facilities are originally for US military/servicemen, you are supposed to show your military/governement ID to get in but they don't really check at the gate. Basically the mags/books are charged as the cover in US$, they would convert into HK$ for you. Very very cheap.

btw, Fenwick Pier is not a street name, it's a place in Wan Chai by the water... about 15 min. from Grand Hyatt (walk towards Central).
