I have been an 'AFL International Subscriber' for the last 18 mths but have been unable to access audio or video streaming for 2 months.
Despite
- Changing cookies
- Altering Pop UP's
- Changing browser from IE to Mozilla Firefox
- Changing windows media player
- numerous emails and phone calls to AFL and Big Pond.
- Using a Chinese technician
Once I click on audio/video streaming on the AFL website and get redirected to the Big Pond Site, I receive an empty screen and I am not asked for user/password verification .
I am happy to pay for the services of a technician.
PS; I can access video or audio streaming from any other website.

I am now able to access audio stream but not video stream on the AFL website.
I am happy to pay you to visit my apartment and figure out an answer to this problem.
