Try Meric here - they have a set dinner comprising about 12 traditional khmer foods - totally excellent

try to go downtown, there is a bar street over there. And at one corner, there is a good Vientnamest restaurant. I forget the name, but very good. YOu will know it once you there, it's very popular and better go earlier.
