Has anyone heard of this company? My company is looking for a market research and PR firm in Hong Kong. Their management team seem to be graduates from the top universities around the world.

Oldhand, you are missing the point. By mentioning their educational credentials, I do not mean that they do not have the other qualities that you mentioned. Having said that, being a graduate from Harvard or Cambridge DOES help you get the connections you need through their alumni association, etc. Graduates from top universities are usually working at big name companies as senior management....THIS is the contacts you need. It's obviously that you don't have a degree from one of these "brand name" universities, thus the mockery.
