Actually I'm desperately looking to learn Graphics design, Photoshop, Could anyone Please help me this, in Hong Kong where to get some course to learn or any web side to learn about this. Please, thanks a lot everybody.

DVDs are the easiest and fastest way to learn but expensive.
There are numerous books out there, would recommend anything by 'Katrin Eismann' she also has a website for downloadable exercises that accompany the books: http://www.katrineismann.com/
For digital photography and photoshop then anything by Scott Kelby or Kevin Ames.
But like i said, for a crash course the video route is best.
