If you just require a not-too-large and somewhat simple designed website, made in html, then depending on your needs, I might be able to help you. (I could give you some links to some examples of my work upon request). However, I don't work with flash or java (anyways, in my opinion flash and java can often times make a website look overly awkward and confusing, plus not every visitor to your site has "high speed" connection, and not all visitors will have flash and/or java installed or enabled in their browsers either).
