Witnesses for wedding

Hi everyone, (this may be a bit long)


My fiance and I've made an appointment to get wed on Oct 11 at a local registry (cotton tree drive). we'll just do it in a very casual way, no fancy wedding gowns or bridal car things like that, and we've been trying to invite some guests or at least find two witnesses, but seems that it's such a difficult task coz we know a limited number of people here and most are so busy working that they cannot take a morning off.


time is getting short now, so that's why i'm posting this message here. If anyone is not preoccupied from 11.15am to 12noon on Oct 11, I sincerely invite you to be the witnesses of my wedding. we'll also provide some travel allowances as a token of thanks.


if anyone can spare us some time and give us a helping hand, we would really be so grateful.

I would have been happy to do it, (I might have to put a similar ad sometime soon!!!), but that's unfortunately exactly the day and time of an important pregnancy scan for me. If your date changes, let me know!
