Are there any coffee making or barista courses available in Hong Kong? Am looking for something that will teach me about different coffee beans and flavours, as well as barista techniques.

Just Java sells machines but also offers barista training. And back in 2002 it organised HK's first ever "Barista Competition".

Thanks Claire - I tried them, but despite their website claiming to conduct three levels of barista training, a telephone call revealed that they "don't do this any more".
