Hi, we're a family of 3 (with our 18 months old) planning to spend 5 days in Hong Kong early in early Dec. I would like to book a hotel or serviced apartment with small kitchen (plan to cook for my young kid) in Kowloon side. I've found two which look good and cost reasonable. I'm wondering if anyone of you hv stayed there before and your opinion is highly apprecaited!
- Royal Plaza Hotel
- Harbour Plaza Metropolis

Harbour Plaza Metropolis is right next door to the Hung Hom KCR station, and on the other side of that is the Cross Harbour Tunnel bus stop where you can catch buses to all parts of HK island. When I first investigated HPM over 4 years ago I was concerned about the transport situation but that is now one of the reasons I would stay there. It also has a free shuttle bus to the Kowloon Hotel (same chain) in TST.
