Van Rental in Shanghai

I'm moving to Shanghai with my 17 month old daughter at the end of October. I've been told that we should rent a van and driver when we want to go any great distance from out apartment instead of taxi so that we can have a seat belt for her carseat. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to do this?
