I am looking to have my Bridesmaids dresses made over here but not sure where to go, can anyone recommend a good tailor that is not too expensive

Maybe you can try the tailors across the border in Lowu? On the 5th floor of Lowu train station (where all the copy bags and shoes are sold) there is a huge section of tailors and fabric sellors.
