Stainless steel appliance cleaner

ORIGINAL POST

Can anyone reccommend a stainless steel cleaner for my appliances (fridge, oven etc) or advise when to buy one from? I used to use a 3M(?) product back home but not sure what is available here to take off grubby handprints etc. Thanks.

Lots of stainless steel cleaning sprays, creams and liquids available here, both domestic and imported brands that you might recognise. Check out the local hardware stores, e.g. 'Harrods' in Sai Kung, and the larger supermarkets around town. You could also use baby oil until you find what you're after.

There is a great cloth made by Ecco cloth (I think that's the name)- I've seen them in Great and Panhandler, they aren't cheap but you don't need and liquids just water.

Otherwise a little white vinegar and water works a treat.

I searched everywhere for it and finally found it at Wing On a few weeks ago - it was also suggested as the best product by my kitchen supplier
