hi chat noir - a friend of my parents (male, in his 60s) had his eyebags removed many years ago (upper and lower fat deposits), but they come back every year or so - he just keeps getting them removed.
another family friend had hers removed about 10 years ago and they never came back - she looks great. as Douglas Lillico mentioned above, heredity is a big factor in how you will respond to surgery. one thing is for sure, you definitely look instantly younger and less tired once the swelling and bruising have subsided.
