Chipped tooth - dentist?

My 2 year old chipped about a millimetre off the bottom of his front tooth yesterday. He is still eating normally and doesn't seem to be in any pain.

I guess it would be sensible to take him to the dentist to get the all clear.

Can anyone recommend a dentist who could deal with a screaming, squirming toddler?

Expenseive, but EXCELLENT!

Helped a 1.5 yr old with a chipped tooth recently and was great.
