which ones do you find most effective while gentle on skin? I've been using one by Aromatherapy (recommended by a spa massage therapist) but not sure if it does anything!

Try Dr Murad's products - they're the best i've ever come acroos. Check out the website: www.murad.com Frederiques spa sell them and not as expensive as Elemis etc but I've used them for 2 months now and really happy with result. Get the range that suits your skin tho'.
